Ok, the Morgan: I rate it 5.9. It is a near monster—if it had slightly more coverage, it would be mid sixes, as the colors are vivid. Backstory: I have been following this coin for over a decade. It has sold multiple times, but uniquely never to a buyer out of the state of Florida. Shane Canup owned it first, and sold it to me in 2011. He paid $88, and sold it to me for $175.00. I kept it until 2016, and sold it back to him for $540. He consigned it to Jhon E. Cash, but they never took possession of it, as that was when Shane had legal problems. Next, it was sold at a coin show in Jacksonville for $900. That seller sold it on eBay to a collector in Naples for $2500. Then it sold at the Fun show in Orlando in 2017, for $5500. Interesting history. It was also one of the first NGC star designated Morgans that I owned.

I like it! Very unusual toning for a Philadelphia mint Morgan. The purple background, with the neon highlights is a unique combination. Not ultra monsterish, but a coin I would own. Grade is low, due to the significant amount of hits in the left hand obverse fields, and cheek scar. 4.4

This is still the best MS 61 toned Morgan I've owned or seen (of course I have not seen all, so I'm sure there are better ones out there). It's a grade that often does not come attractive and I somewhat regret selling it. At one point I was thinking of doing a grading set of toners (AU 58 - MS 67) but that idea was abandoned.

I am 4.1 on the Morgan. Just not a fan of the deep purples on the lower half of the obv.
Here is one I bought a couple weeks ago.

The quarter above is now in play along with the Morgan.

I’m at 3.1 on the Quarter...pleasant and right around the middle of the scale.

4 on the Morgan. A bit too banged up and dark for me.

    2.8 on the Washington.

3.9 on the Morgan. I'd probably need to see it in hand to give it a better score.

    3.0 for the Washington.

3.8 on the Morgan, the dark tone throws it off but it’s still beautiful.

2.8 on the Washington. Reminds me of a cooked coin

The woody JFK is a fun coin. Woodies like that on Silver coins are uncommon. Usually, a woody is associated with Copper coins, for obvious reasons. It is one of my more unusual coin ownerships.

3.1 on the Kennedy, the pattern is interesting, but the colors in the image aren't too exciting.
