High 4, and agree with @Lehigh96 if it's lustrous in hand, it's a 5 IMO.

    Beautiful little coin!

Yes. All I had were the ha pics. I kept this one for a couple years and needed money and sold it right away. Never got better images but yes it was a lot better in hand

Solid high 4–really pretty coin, and one does not see attractive toning on that series too often.

Myself I call it a 5 as the color is great and you don’t often see an awesome toner on a coin that’s about 185 years old

    Solid 4 on the dime.

I would have said 5 on the Morgan as well.

Okay, this is something different in the toning spectrum—a very Blue Morgan. Formerly of the Sunnywood Pedigree, and formerly of the Morgandude11 Pedigree. (lol) Now owned by a collector in Naples, Florida. Graded MS 65+ Note: TruView is not an enhanced beauty shot—coin looks just like this in hand.

    I'll say high end 4
The blue ones have been a bit of a mystery to me. I like some but not all. This one looks nice.

Not the one I would choose if I was looking for a great toner. But that's just me.

I'm a sucker for blue toners (for blondes too). I'll give it a 5.

This is a high end 3 for me.

If this coin was completely blue and was a PL example it may push into 4 territory for me. I think the splotchy orange, red, and purples detract some eye appeal.

This blue color scheme is not my favorite and as such, I will hold it at a 3.

Kind of surprised. I happen to be a fan of the Blue toning, and have had a number of nice ones in that genre. It is by no means classic monster, but more than a bit surprised. This one I would say high 4. When I sold it, it went for a very high price, so I guess it is a matter of personal taste.
