Well for me to be fair I think I would give it a 5. The colors on this copper Lincoln are amazing and flow beautifully. But then again I am biased because it is my coin.

Like @Lehigh96 stated in an earlier post the 1960’s Jefferson’s toned in this color. Unfortunately some of the TPGs sometimes consider these as artificially toned. I own a few of these myself in my Jefferson Collection. I give this a 5. It’s absolutely beautiful.
I’m at a 3 on the nickel. These proof Jefferson’s do have some really deep colors but to me it’s mostly monochromatic. I’m sure it’s intense in person because of the proof surfaces but to me to be over a 4 it needs to have some degree color spectrum.
If any of you get a chance, Great Collections has an ANACS proof Ike with interesting colors in an upcoming auction. I know I'm off track in this thread but thought I'd throw it out for you to see. Don't throw out a number since we are still rating the proof Jefferson. https://www.greatcollections.com/image.php?id=9e4c68efa30e01428f93c7bac8c16dcb
I believe it's on its second or third try (didn't sell before-likely priced too high). I don't see as many toned proof Ikes as I do toned proof Jeffersons, but there are still quite a few (and I do find this one interesting-just not at that price).
What I find interesting is that the rainbow colors are on the devices but not on the deep cameo mirrored fields.
My guess is that the fields have color but the colors won't show under direct lighting. If the coin was photographed with diffused lighting, we would have a much better idea of how it was toned.
