That's still an undated coin! But since it can be pinned to one year, we'll let it slide this time. ;)

I love that pattern type and only recently discovered it when I was offered this silver one by another forum member. In fact it is still under open negotiation as of this typing, as I haven't heard from that person since mid-May (hope he's OK). So this one may or may not become part of my collection.

So, 1679 or Great Britain, then.

As it happens, I have a coin that meets both criteria. (Well, except it's technically England instead of Great Britain, despite what PCGS put on the label.)

Great Britain (England): silver crown of Charles II, 1679, TRICESIMO PRIMO edge, mint error

That's a really great piece! I love to show off this cartwheel penny.

I love Cartwheel coppers. Even worn smooth like that, they're still appealing in the hand.

So, 1797 or Great Britain to me, then. We'll continue the British streak, this time with 1794.

Great Britain (Chichester, Sussex): copper Conder token ("Chichester Halfpenny"), 1794

Nothing as fancy as I've seen above. Still in Canada - 2002. This 25-cent coin commemorated HRH Elizabeth II's fiftieth year on the throne and Canada's 135th Anniversary of Confederation (KM 451). The P, I'm led to believe, means the coin is steel Plated with nickel.

Nice Canadian dollar! I will use 1999 to take us to Deutschland! A .925 silver German (BRD) ten deutsche mark (KM 198) commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of an organization whose goal is to help children worldwide in need of help.
