Hello, everyone, and welcome to the latest giveaway. This will be another one of my "pick your prize" contests, so you can hopefully win something you'll like.

The prize for this contest will be your choice of an item from one of the following three categories.

Pick one of the following lots:

    Lot 1- Ancient Category

Roman Empire: 238-244 AD silver antoninianus of Gordian III, Hercules reverse
    7zwFE6xajW99R5nJgTR8N3JmoNZ42p.jpg

    Lot 2- World Category

(2 coins) Venezuela: silver 5-Bolívares, 1929, & Germany (Saxony): notgeld 50 pfennig, 1921, in red Meissen porcelain
    [IMG]

    Lot 3- United States Category

United States: silver Morgan dollar, 1882

To enter: all you have to do is say that you want in, and specify which lot you would like if you should happen to win the random drawing. Also a word or two about why you want it, or some other coin-related comment of your choice. Only one entry post per contestant, please.

You may enter on someone else's behalf if you do not desire the prize for yourself. Simply state who you would like to receive it, should your entry win the drawing.

The drawing will be held sometime on or after June 1, 2023, depending on my schedule. You may consider the contest open for entries until such time as I have posted the final result of the random drawing.

Totally free: the contest is free of charge, open to everyone, with free worldwide shipping. The only obligation is that I ask that if you win, please post to this thread later, when you have received the prize, so that we'll know you got it (that helps me keep track).

    Good luck!

    Numismatic regards,

    ~Robertson ("Rob") Shinnick ("LordM")

If someone doesn’t do it, I end up having to keep all my coins. Does that make me the winner, or a loser?

I guess @potty dollar 1878 alleviated all concern about you being the winner or loser @lordmarcovan . Although I'd venture an educated guess that there isn't a single member here, or on CU for that matter, that would consider you a loser. Take that to the bank, Rob.

Sooooo, entry post, now that potty has granted the 'all clear' for more entries ;)

I'd pick the honker of a dollar, Morgan style, for my grandson, if I was so fortunate to be randomly selected.

    Thanks for the opportunity, Rob.

I have over 2000 world coins, 31 Morgan and Peace dollars and sufficient Gordian III ancients. So, I would like (if my entry is selected), for the Grandson of @masterswimmer to receive the Morgan dollar.
Here is one of my Gordian III

I'm in. I really want lot #2 as I've always wanted to have a porcelain coin. I have plastic tax tokens, but no porcelain coins of any type.

    Where’s the Elvis coin from?

I like Elvis too- but more the Elvis we have here rather than the human singer.
