Edit: Not sure why I've been having difficulty posting photos lately. I'm doing nothing different than in the past, and suddenly the pix don't load. Forget about full size vs thumbnail. I just get the clickable link as you see.

That's been happening a bit to me as well. Closing the browser and restarting it usually works.
