Sounds like a deal to me. Whoever sent them in to NGC lost a butt load of money and either was hoping for 70s and these are the rejects, or knew nothing about coins. Probably the latter. Good job. You should easily be able to make a few bucks on each one.

There is another giveaway here. Deadline is midnight Eastern US time on Christmas eve, so you've got a few hours left if you want a piece of that action.

Thanks, but I'm not sure I understand. Is that a for sale offer, an entry in this giveaway, or an offer of your own giveaway? Sounds like some kind of French Suez Canal medal?

    Wait, what?

    It ain't December anymore?

You mean to tell me we're almost a week into a new month, and a whole new year?

Guess I'd better get crackin' and draw some winning numbers, huh? ;)

    Stand by ...

... AND a 1936-H British West Africa penny of Britain's abdicated King Edward VIII.

The pictures of the Wheat cents are of a pair I sent to @dwhiz, so not the exact ones being given away here, but the giveaway coins will be of the same dates and come from the same source rolls.

I posted a little information about the British West Africa penny in Post #53.

The random number generator picked Post #56, so this means @TheGame won this trio of coins!
