    Felt like I wanted to give away a 2018-dated coin to celebrate the new year, so here's the prize:

    Armenia: 500-dram, "Noah's Ark", 1 oz. .999 silver, 2018.

    I'll do a drawing after the end of the month with the random.org number generator, as per my usual practice.

    To enter, please put the words "entry post" in your initial post, and if you feel like it, post your New Year's resolutions and/or wishes.

    PS- @MontCollector wanted to add this 2018 copper 1 oz. "Zombuff" round as an additional prize, so many thanks to him. I'll draw an additional number at the end of the month.

    (I suppose this would make a good prize for those whose outlook for the new year is not quite so optimistic.) ;)

    Update, January 6th: @H8_modern wanted to offer this pretty, white 1943-S PCGS AU50 Walking Liberty half in an OGH (old green-label holder). I suggested he wait until next month since I was sure my editing option on this original post had expired. But just now I saw I still could edit here, so Jim's coin is in, and the pot is thus sweetened with yet another prize for someone else to win! :D

    Resolution.. Metal Detecting other sites besides my local park and Coney Island beach.. maybe some old Civil War camps.

    Yes! It is Noah’s ark and it is one ounce of .999 silver! It is brand new uncirculated. It fits into a world coin collection like I have over here. It is beautiful and well-designed. There is nothing not to love about this coin! It is gorgeous, for sure. I did not expect to own a coin that makes me feel that I do not need another, but that is what happened, so, if I win this one, @Cheech, if you tell me before the day of the drawing that you want me to do so, I will ask LordMarcovan to send it to you. Happy New Year!

    Resolution: Never let the doctors cut my chest open again like they did in 2017. Quintuple coronary bypass and a new heart valve but I don't feel any better.
