A friend of mine sent this to me from Canada. Her mother recently passed and had a small coin collection so she sent me a few coins that she found.
It was one of the top goals of mine to acquire an 1815 Parma 5 Lire this year: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/what-are-your-2019-collecting-goals.329848/#post-3287677 I finally did. Despite being heavily circulated & the hole, I got it for less than $70 shipped. Which is perfect. I can live with both & it's pretty nicer in hand & not the flat pic.
I have bee trying since May but they are out of stock. I signed up to be notified when they are back in stock but havent heard anything...
Call them.....they are very nice people to deal with.....and I'm sure if they can't sell you some they can put you on the right track.....or you can mail me the specimen and I'll treat it for you.
This token was as bad if not worse with that hot spot . That was to far gone as it ate into the surface....however this wasn't a whole hearted fix as I picked this token up for next to nothing as it was a tad bit rough. your welcome
Another coin a friend of mine sent me from Canada. Nederlands 5 cent. But no date, not that I see. Does anyone know a bit about this coin?
