We have seen the result of this when We look at the mintages on ASEs in the last few years. The popularity of Morgans (and to a lesser extent Peace dollars) have skyrocketed as well. Some of this is due to all of the advertising that companies such as Goldline, Merit, etc have been pumping out lately. I run into people every week whom are looking into putting away some PMs out of fear.....fear that this economy has been on life support for far too long. Fear that no politician in either party is going to be the saviour of Our economy. </p><p><br /></p><p>I have a hunch that when dealers whom have brick &amp; mortar stores start advertising/promoting buying PMs more than the usual &quot;we buy gold and silver&quot; hooey, We could see the very slow start of an upswing.
