    The same people that go to outlet malls thinking everything is a great deal. It's just ignorance.

    Most of the stuff at the outlet malls is specifically made for sale there - and inferior quality to what is found in their premium mall stores - and priced accordingly.

    They do this to keep ample stock on hand to sell to the masses, and when surplus merchandise does pile up at the end of the season, they have a place to sell it for whatever they can get.

    I went into an outlet store looking for a few discounted shirts to bum around in for the summer. I found $30 and $40 t-shirts and everything I wanted was the same price in the retail store. I found one ugly shirt with a major brand name for $200 and one for $290. They were marked down 50% for the week - what a bargain! I walked out and shopped online, saved a fortune.
