Why buy bars and rounds if you're forced to do "paperwork" now?

Shouldn't we just stick to govt minted silver and gold?

note: this may vary state by state?

    Indeed.

I really don't want to spend time watching a video (and put it in my YouTube tracking) to get a message that I could probably read in a few seconds. Care to summarize?

Edit: OK, I copied the URL and popped it in a private window. 13 minutes to hear from someone who's promoting his online store? No thanks.

Sounds like a local pawn shop/second hand store law.

“You can thank Tallahassee” is what he said.

It’s probably because the bars have serial numbers and can be proven stolen, you can’t prove a coin with no serial number was yours.

The coin shops I have been to have specific value amounts in buying/selling that require filling out papers, like I think it was $5k or $10k dollars last time I asked. If you buy one ounce of gold and your shop owner deals in cash-only transactions, nobody will know you have it when you take it home.

It might be a good idea to balance out the stack with junk silver for awhile anyway. I'd been buying 1 ounce and 10 ounce bars

Why would I ask? I haven't sold a molecule yet, but will have to eventually

That makes the title of your thread all the more fascinating. Did someone put you into a headlock and force you to fill out de paperwork for not selling a molecule of silver?

First thing I see under the video is a commerce link with a 10% off promotion. I didn't look further.

Please keep us apprised of your paperwork tribulations should you actually test the title of your thread in the actual world.
