Who is Buying all the melted silver and gold?

How fast does his refinery pay him? Do you know what percentage of spot he gets?

Anyone who is trying to move a large quantity fast should contact Provident Metals, Apmex, Tulving ect (the big online dealers). Depending on what they have they'd probably be paid spot or over and get their money pretty quickly. (couple weeks at most, I don't think many refiners will pay faster than this, but maybe he has a special relationship with his refiner)

Of course you do have to consider the hassle of shipping and having to send multiple packages with registered mail with a max of 25k insured per package.
