I would nominate the Somali Elephant, a series which hasn't been mentioned yet. The mintages are very low; the designs change every year; the quality is very good; the finish is very much proof-like and the selling price of previous issues seems to steadily increase. ASEs, Maple Leafs, Philharmonics, Britannias (of late), Takus, Noah's Arks and Libertads are decent, but are very boring. Of this group, I would go with Libertads, based on design and production quality, coupled with mintage. Older pandas seem good, but the mintages have greatly increased over recent years (as was mentioned above.) I really like the annual design change and quality. I would buy them for the enjoyment of the coin much more than future appreciation potential. I also think there is some potential with the Perth Mint Lunar coins. I am not sure if this would be considered bullion or not though.
