    All your options are viable except for a safe deposit box. If you ever need it then there is a good change you will not be able to get to your box.

    Maybe the best option is to do what Robert Louis Stevenson's pirates did. But don't lose the map.

    I'm using the bars to fill the walls of my "Panic Room". Therefore it can perform double-duty as bulletproofing.
