I have heard of rice as a desiccant , but that's the first one for dried soup :)

I just do what any reasonable person would do- I fill a pvc tube and bury it in an undisclosed location.

    Howdy,

Most folks have a home safe if they're not storing it in some vault. However, bullion comes in many forms and by using your imagination.

For example, a roll of AGE's is about the size of a quarter and 2" tall. You can hide it in the oatmeal. Value? ~$24K. A 100 oz silver ingot could be painted black and used as a door stop.

    good luck,

    rono

You need to provide me with more thorough information, guys, so I can add it to my dossiers on everyone.

In my locker at the local P.D., just walk in and ask to see it if interested.

Actually, I've got a really tricky remote-controlled false wall. To activate it -- and this is the cool part -- you pick up one of our house phones and dial 9-1-1. The remote sounds just like an actual 911 operator. But if you say the key phrase, "I've just broken into this house and I'm holding everybody at gunpoint", it starts a timer. After 20 minutes, the wall opens, and you can just walk right in and carry stuff out. Neat, huh?
