I got this round for a dollar, thought it looked nice. I noticed that .999 Fine Silver is not featured on the round, and am therefore assuming it's either plated, or another composition entirely. I'm curious as to who manufactured this, and any information on the silver content 20200120_172607.jpg 20200120_172625.jpg

Take it out of the airtite and see if there are any markings on the edge. ~ Chris

Probably Franklin Mint or one of those TV coin pushers.

There are no markings on the edge, also it is smooth not reeded

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

Generic rounds like this are often nearly impossible to track down, unless the original purchaser kept the receipt.

It says #CBO398 next to COPY. You might follow that somewhere.

I found some silver clad ones that look like yours. Were minted by the National Collectors Mint"
    Here is a 1oz .999 silver version.

Since yours does not have the silver designation, I would assume yours is the clad version.

Should be it has the same type serial number.

Thanks, that seems to be what I have. Interesting though that nobody has seen one from 2005
