10x face, as usual, for $4.10 face. (Think I lost the dime, though) I did pick up some Walkers at spot the other day. I'll pay a little more for older coins that MAY have extra numismatic value and I enjoy collecting, or can give away as presents should the younger generation get into collecting.
Good Deal here: https://www.providentmetals.com/90-silver-us-franklin-halves-1-face-value-715-troy-ounces.html
IN WHAT WORLD DOES A FRANKLIN HALF CONTAIN .715 OUNCES OF SILVER?!?!?! FAKE NEWS!!!!! It's .715 ounces for TWO of them!
I expect big dealers like Provident to have better insight into silver's trajectory than I do. If they're selling at prices low enough to surprise me, it's a "don't buy now" signal to me. Of course, they don't have a crystal ball, either. But they have more info than I do, and more riding on their ability to interpret it correctly.
I just bought a role of Franklins with that deal. Anyways, if I can get under 12xFace on junk 90 then it's a good deal.
