Versus the Yaffe case, again, that article implies only ONE BANK took the hit. I'm not crying for Sovereign; I would assume they made <i>their</i> clients whole. Tulving victims are screwed. </p><p><br /></p><p>Let's all please stop insinuating or imaging that Tulving was hedged, speculating, etc. with brokerage accounts - the forensics investigator confirmed he was <u>not</u>.
