    I can't speak for the exact bar you purchased. I did use the word "typically" in my response. Please accept my apologies for any confusion/misrepresentation my post may have caused. I was writing about a current batch of 10oz silver bars from Istanbul Gold Refiners (IGR). I wanted to include a picture of the product but the wrap was not included.
    I agree with your summery of JM Bullion. Keep your receipts and packaging!
