I did a bit of research on the guy, and he's into all kinds of these scam businesses.  Help you recover government money (for a big fee), buy your underwater real estate, even car title loans.  He's a scumbag predator. The sad part is that there are so many of these guys out there -and all it takes is one good score on someone else's ignorance. He's now made a new "friend" in me, and I'll keep an eye out for my neighbors. Caveat Emptor[/QUOTE]
