  3. Thank You, but my "friend" has obviously switched the photographs. This was not the coin which I discovered while roll hunting. I am very, very grateful to you for finding this site, but it has been hijacked by this guy whom I once believed to be so good a friend that I gave him the 4 digit code to my front door. He has used his computer skills to photograph and replace the original photographs of what was a TRUE 1992 D Close AM in superior shape. Froggy saw it also. I can not forget his screen name.
I recall your having seen the coin as well, if this is the same Kentucky that was on this site at the time. I have a different computer as well as a different email address. I can not retrieve the old email address of ERROR66, much to my misfortune. I have tried, but I do not have the email address which I used at the time and that is supposedly required to re-open my old "Error66" account.
Thank-you Again. So Close, yet so far.

  6. Got it, Cheech. It has been many years since I attended this forum and I had forgotten that I must be specific. Thank-you for reminding me of such. Etiquette is also a trait among this community which I must observe and follow more closely. Thanks Again!

So if I understand you correctly, you are saying someone changed the pictures in your post of three years ago? The wording in your post was also changed? In your 2015 post you clearly state 1992 not 1992 d.

The OP started a new thread after leaving the comment here. And Paddy found the Photo to the 92D, Maybe @James De Cheser can post a link to that thread.

  18. No. The title was "1992 D Close AM?"
I believe the number to be more like 18 specimens of the 1992 D.

    Oh no. Old thtead. Sorry

  21. In another post...requesting verification of another '92...the post WAS that which you recall or currently see. I was so excited to have the '92 D Close AM that I saw every further 1992 cent as a varietal.
I would love to post a link to the photos in my gallery, but I can not access it.
