Much of what we have learned is from experience, and even more from reading.

there are thousands of pages written on every subject.

If you wish further elucidation, then perhaps buy a reference book.

It will contain far more information than can be contained in a short (or in your mind 'cryptic') response.

My library contains literally thousands of books, and I read them, and have no desire to recapitulate them here.
