It depends on what the meaning of planet is...

Pluto being excommunicated as a planet does make an interesting solar system with 8 planets equaling the Chemical number of Carbon, the building block of life as we know it.

Of course I believe God made the building blocks.

In part because they've see coins age in holders. And a lot of PL and DMPL no longer have the look through a light layer of attractive toning..

Oh my, what is a TPG to do? I know - we'll.give out a lot fewer, ignore the older ones and hope nobody calls us on it...

Well HECK. If I had come home and read CoinTalk instead of digging a ditch in the 90 degree heat I'd be a lot less tired and a lot less sore. DRAT.

Actually that was a placeholder that you (@ddddd) posted because @Mainebill was away. He said he's back, but here's another oddball...

Dated 1986. And that's a $20 Capital Plastics holder which is probably worth more than the coin.

    ICR isn't really a TPG, they are a FPG - it's a registration not a certification.
Another oddball part is they were in Israel with a Costa Mesa CA Affiliate.
One of these popped up a year ish back on one of the boards (I can't find the thread off hand) with some discussion they were registering their own coins for sale.

    Retail on an MS65 is $120, $37 for an MS63 (https://www.greysheet.com/coin-prices/item?id=7363&CatalogId=1)

Bought it Saturday at the Oklahoma Numismatic Association show in OKC (just a 3 hour drive each way). Dealer - discovered I love oddball stuff and simply had to sell me this plus an 1943S Walker American Grading Association photo slab.

    What did I pay?
