If you look at the first image you will notice a sticky spot bottom right of the slab...I peeled the dealers price off...to image......"however that was Not " what I paid...any guesses? And yes @jtlee321 I did steal this one.... finial price posted by 9pm

Posting a hint like this in the middle? Dirty Pool my friend, thankfully @baseball21 came in with a guess lower than me. But with this new information, I'd be inclined to guess $120.00 . I won't appeal to make this my official guess.

Well with that kind of a hint, the dealer didn't even bother looking at the coin but rather the "junk" slab. Quoted you full retail for a 62, you spent 11 seconds pretending that you were thinking about it and then handed over your money so fast the paper caught fire.

No I purchased this from Miguel and @Seattlite86 knows him as well....and Brandon will tell you the this dealer is sharp.... so no he knew what he had in his case.....

 

So its down to 4 guesses.....Going to wait a few more minuites and post.

I can attest that this gentleman knows what he's doing, certainly with Morgans. I brokered a deal where he bought a bunch of Morgans (so many that I couldn't afford to buy them all) from an acquaintance of mine and watched him go through the collection. He's a sharp fellow and I will say that he offers the fairest prices of anyone I've purchased from in that region. I'll be looking him up when I get back to the states.

Ok, here's one that I came across that made me drool!!! It's a toner in a Doily with a Gold CAC! How many more things can it have to add an additional premium? This one could have ran on the toner premium thread at the same time.

It's an 1882-S Morgan graded MS-65 by PCGS. It's not mine, but what did it sell for including juice/buyer's fee?

It has a lot going for it indeed! Maybe if it was a rainbow monster toner that would be the only thing that would bump the value (or if it was a Regency slab).

 

450 ... at some point all the enhancements (tone, cac, doily) don't add together. But dang, nice coin!
