I havent kept score but, i doubt its gonna matter. Paddy would rather cherry the variety for $50 im sure, and he probably did. I heard something about a cough *cheapskate* cough cough
Well it seems that no one came remotely close to the actual retail price paid! Thus I believe that the point should be given to me for stumping the players ,and I should be able to post another coin. What does the rules committee say? As the quesses are hundreds off...like double +....... actual price paid....
Let’s hear the price and see who was closest. Then I’ll make a ruling Edit: Grandma fell asleep playing so much bingo
I never clicked on this thread before because I didn't know what it was. Out of curiosity this morning I did and I can see that this will be addicting!
Oh yeah... wait until you win a round and have tp pick something from your collection to put out there... yes, it's been a lot of fun!
Actual Retail Price Paid was $700.00 USD None of you even if you double your guesses were even in the neighborhood.
So was it already graded back then? If so, what holder was it in back then? And I'll make an exception and award the point to you @Paddy54 Let's try and keep the next entry to a purchase from the last 5 years Point totals: ddddd - 6.5 Points baseball21 - 6 Points Beefer518 - 3 Points Mainebill - 3 Points jtlee321 - 3 Points Burton Strauss III - 3 Points Paddy54 - 3 Points Pickin and Grinin - 2 Points heavycam.monstervam - 2 Points jwitten - 1 Point Bman33 - 1 Point jpcienkus - 1 Point BlackBeard_Thatch - 1 Point KSorbo - 1 Point

OK... McKinney 1917 $1 gold commemorative, purchased: 3/9/2018 at the ANA NMS. It’s Accugrade. It’s a PhotoSlab. It’s Accugrade #59, which I’ve never heard of before. 65, 91, several other #s sure. It’s a gold commemorative. So I had to buy it. Just had to. The actual gold weight is 0.0484 oz, with a Melt value of $64.15 (3/12/2018). Accugrade A3-63c... (Full strike, dull surface) oh and for giggles, one of the labels is upside down! The coin isn't bad, although I doubt is an MS63 (I really have no idea how to grade these): Price wise, MS-63 is an interesting beast… MS63 $875 …..
