Well, Aslanmia. I don't see it that way and I respectfully disagree. I've seen how some dealers handle raw ASEs. It wouldn't be a stretch to conclude upon leaving the mint, 99.9 % or 100 % of ASEs are MS-69 or MS-70. Once they are opened and handled as mere bullion, fingered, thumbed, counted, stacked, dropped back in their storage box over and over, and/or worse, they aren't MS-69 or MS-70 any longer or the odds are they won't be the more they are handled. In 10, 25, or 50 years the numismatic value of older ASEs will become more of an issue, I think. I'm not advocating having ASEs graded or submitted for certification as much as I am just simply recommending that raw ASEs are treated and handled as something that may have the potential for increased numismatic value in the years to come.
