All Apmex has left is "D" sets, which contain only MS69's in high grade (PL's, DMPL's, etc). I've spent the last 2 days on the phone with multiple "Managers" at Apmex. At 1st they denied the whole "A", "B", "C", and "D" theory, stating the boxes were filled "completely randomly".
