Silver's DOWNSIDE, by-the-numbers (2008-2012)

    Yes, it's a volatile thing to buy. I have no idea what else is any good in the schlock market. I would rather buy physical silver and gold, but my retirement account only allows me to buy what I'm buying. At least GLD and SLV are connected to something, aren't they?

    Bottom line from this thread, don't buy silver now. Paper bug talk again Juan. You really shouldn't bash them if you are going to parrot them so much.

    Anyone who is in it for the long haul will do fine with DCA.

    I'm not telling anyone "don't buy Silver now." I have repeatedly explained my opinion that I think POS should drop lower in April-July and I may be wrong about that.

    The downside and volatility numbers are self-explanatory, I suppose.

    We may see that target by April 1, without any serious market-averse news.

    I agree DCA and long haul holding are usually an investor's friend in any investment purchase. :)
