True, maybe the big boys reacted faster, but the shorts in silver ETF had already&nbsp; increased due to the volatility discerned by CME. The &quot;big boys&quot; would have ran it higher due to silver euphoria before hitting the market before raising the margin , IMO. Why not let it go to $60 and then dump it to this level. </p><p><br /></p><p>My conclusion is that the pros were ready to flip to the down side, retail folks ( most of us) were not. In fact there are still several blogs and boards refusing to think it is anything more than a minor &quot;correction&quot;.
