Supply chain has been interupted by cartel gangs closing the streets and raiding/stealing any precious metal they can find. Supposedly the miners have to make deals with them for a cut. Some have resorted to not processing the silver and just shipping the raw ore out that looks like a truck load of soil, to be processed in the US.
