They said OK, they would send catalogue for upcoming auctions. In the meantime they sent me ancient gold coins on approval. I ended up getting my first ever classic coin a Solidus in MS quality Justinian I @ $65.00, also got a common Maurice Tiberius in MS for $45.00. Later I won better coins in their auction like FDC Constans solidus Treveri Mint for $900.</p><p>Soon I started getting Tkalec catalogues, Stacks, Paramount....getting known I guess. My first really good coin was this MS Elagalabus aureus. The coin featured in CNG Triton II had estimate of 7-18KUS. I put a bid of 7K, thinking I had ZERO chance. Well a week after the auction, I got a letter from CNG, I was shocked, I won it!
