EDIT:  I would not recommend penny stocks for someone who is just thinking of getting into the market.  I think it takes some experience first.  If you are thinking of getting back in then that is a different matter.  I don't think that now is a good time to enter the markets as I think a big reversal has to some sometime soon, just not sure when.  If you really want to earn money there over the next few years it seems like options is the place to be.
