Is this where I'm supposed to jump in and say Pictures or it didn't happen?:D

I'm all ears if your getting a solid 12%.
Now I made 100% ROI Sunday and 25% ROI today, but that DOESN'T happen every day and it's Not a seriously large sum of money.

    If your 12% isn't a guarded secret?
    Do Tell:greedy:

I don't what your issue is. I posted a statement about mortgage deduction and you responded with a statement about the standard deduction. The standard deduction is better for you? Congrats, I guess.

Just trying to figure out why you concluded that I have an expensive mortgage from my statement about how the new tax laws make it more attractive for me to pay off my mortgage. If anything, my statement would imply the opposite. But in fact, it implied nothing at all about my mortgage interest rate.

I have wondered why this thread has gone on for so long, but I've only just noticed how many pages it runs, so there must be a great deal of useful inf. to be had by a deservedly careful reading, which I intend.
I wonder though; if the contributors to the first couple of pages held a reunion; just how many of them would still be living?

Wow. The state income tax in PA is 3.03% flat and does NOT apply to retirement income, so in order to pay $10K in state income tax, one would have to have over $330,000 in earned income, a highly rare number in PA. We in PA are IN LOVE WITH the federal tax changes.

Platinum's graph looks funny. Less activity? Less liquidity?
