Silver getting crushed today

Pretty sure that the buyers are smoking up something...

 

Today's bump just seemed weird. I'm a silver bear right now because Like everyone else I want to buy low! Last year at this time silver was at an all time low since 2009 or so. I think it hit $13.90 or something close. I know things are different this year but with the stock market happy it seems strange that Silver is going up. Someone might need to enlighten me.

 

One day does not a market make, especially in a sudden reversal of recent trends.

 

Is that why they call it the Silver Moon ?

Looks like it stabilized .... for now. or more like an elevator ride into the mid 17.15s. I wonder where the elevator is going to go today .... up another floor, or down to the basement.

 

I was reading yesterday how since the drop in gold/silver prices, demand has increased to buy gold/silver.

so it doesn't seem out of the ordinary to have a spike/adjustment based on demand where the price didn't initially follow. But it's a weird market. I also read somewhere where the Italian stuff shocked the bullion market. I'm also curious if India is truly confiscating Gold/silver from it's citizens and if that has any impact on global pricing.

Wow, provident's premiums are not as much as they were last week for ASEs.
not much price swing in correlation to Spot.
They have 2017s ASEs now it seems .. unless I overlooked them before.

 

I'm making more of a premium on those Norfed / Trump bullion coins I bought than I can on ASE's.

I'm not selling anytime soon. I have regenerated a small stash after selling all my silver in the beginning of October when it was at $19.15. With the premiums I have to pay even from the best online sites it's gotta jump before it makes it worth while.
