Silver getting crushed today

Then again, if the economy was moving that fast, we might not mind as much silver being low...

why wouldn't I WANT silver to be low. when silver is high the economy sucks. when it's low I can buy a bunch. who would be so one dimensional as to hope the economy tanks so some silver they sell is worth more?

 

$16.22 as I type, down $0.40 today. This is great for me as I Will be getting bullion for Christmas gifts. Does anyone know if the market will be open tomorrow or Friday. I am assuming New York will be closed tomorrow.

and it bounced from $16.10 earlier. Interesting.

 

Crummy day in all markets. S&P and Nasdaq both down, bond prices down with 2.42 on the 10-year and metals getting kicked. Switch in the post election bond markets has been spectacular.

I sold my tube of 2016 ASE's in the beginning of October. Will get the 2017's but I'm in bear mode too.
