In my hunt to replace stolen Silver I am coming across allot of milk spotting on eagles and pandas which have already been graded MS 70, so I guess my question is how can you grade something perfect and still have spots ?? unless thats not considered ??

    enquiring minds want to know..LOL

Most, if not all get their spots after grading.

great read, and thanks sal, agree with most things in the article except for the value part, if you just have bullion like they said no worries there but if you already bought a MS 70 or proof coin and the spots appear you will never get back what you paid as the attraction is wiped out along with the value, not sure why the U.S Mint is following the mint sheild lead, oh yes it would cost them money.
