Fractionals are lower mintage, in general, so they appear to me.&nbsp;&nbsp; I got my hands on a Mexico Libertad proof/reverse proof (first ever reverse for Mexico) which very low mintage.</p><p>Among older coins, I&#039;m favoring 50c Capped Busts and some BU Morgans.&nbsp;&nbsp; But everyone collects Morgans, so the &#039;lustre&#039; isn&#039;t there - why collect what everyone is collecting?[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
