    I find it interesting that the Silver Towne Bar on the far right side is different from the others. For example there is no registered trade mark, the font is thinner and the mule's ears are standing strait up. Is it a counterfeit or just a design change?

    Sweet! I really like the looks of that Kodiak Island piece! Thanks for sharing, Dennis.

    I also like that Kodiak Island. It looks like it may be the winner of the day.

    As for the difference in the mule on the right Silver Towne there are actually a number of differences. Also the pick at the bottom is different.

    @Mr. Numismatist
    Now that's a good question. I did buy them from a well known dealer, so I'm sure their not counterfeit.
    @green18 I'll have to look for one:D

    Did you verify the silver bar yourself?
    The pick doesn't have the detail in the center either.
    I couldn't find a variety that matched, what does that back of that bar look like?
    Vintage? Prototype?
    Interesting, but there are a ton of fakes for this style bar.

    Art bars. Big time fun back in the 70's and 80's.

    You will find most generic silver bars are
    not numbered however branded or boutique bars are that’s one of the reasons
    they bring a premium.
