I still don't understand how to differentiate Z (7th officina) XXI coins from Antioch and the other mints it could have been struck

I saw this post today while looking for info on a coin I just bought. My eyes crossed trying to read the the info. It looks like I have:
    • Maximian (286-310). BI Antoninianus. Cyzicus mint, 293 AD.
    • Obv. Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right.
      • OL2: IMP C M A MAXIMIANVS AVG
    • Rev. Emperor standing right, holding sceptre and receiving Victory on globe from Jupiter standing left, holding sceptre; between them,
      • RL3b: CONCORDIA MI–LITVM (dot)
      • Between, S
      • in exergue, XXI
My question is about the headgear on the emperor on the reverse. My coin looks like he is wearing a radiate crown. Other examples I see online look like laurate busts with no rays. Is this something mentioned in any of the writeups you have seen? Is this detail too small to mention?
