I see no description of the coin and no mentioning it being bu. I also see no mention of a return policy. A little amazed you'd buy from a seller like that.
You got what you paid for on that listing. Clearly a stock photo with the number available and sold and no mention of condition. I always say cheaper isn't always better, but that seller has no obligation to swap it for you and he doesn't deserve a neutral or negative since he sent what you paid for.
You bought an uncertified bullion medal, you got an uncertified bullion medal and you seem to want an MS70. If that's what you wanted, you should have bought it - MCM has them for $109 ($50 for MS69).
Mpcusa gets what mpcusa wants. Mpcusa pays what mpcusa wants. Mpcusa dictates what you can post in mpcusa's threads.
In all honesty I would like to know his eBay name to block. Between this and his thread about how he expects anything he orders to be in his mailbox within 4 days just seems like a lot of trouble for low value purchases
Seems like some are right at the line of personal attacks. Please cease and desist. This is our nation's birthday you know.
Best thing to do with these multi-coin listings is to search elsewhere. They will always be a risk to the buyer. IMHO, you likely got what you paid for.
if you look at the listing the coin pictured is not the one I received additionally He just got negative feedback from someone else for the same reason.
Have found similar price points for the same coin, so unless someone is selling the same blemished coin it should be a much better transaction.
Because it is a stock photo that had more than 20 available.......... It's not the sellers fault you bought from a stock photo
With bullion coins, this is standard acceptable practice as long as no claim is made to condition or grade.
Caveat emptor. You got what you paid for. How much are you out if you keep the coin? $10? Welcome to life.
Not sure why I should be out anything ? The seller hasent responded to any messages and again, tell me why that,s My fault? regardless of the condition of the coin customer service should be a gimme on any transaction, if you can't Give it, you shouldn't be selling, bottom line !
The seller's a jerk. But that doesn't preclude you being a whiny baby. Both things are possible. I wouldn't do business with either of you.
Honestly yes in this case. You bought a coin for a cheap price that had a stock photo and no returns. You got what you paid for, there is no reason for him to respond to you when you are upset that you didn't get the stock photo or a perfect coin.
