Ah....Still Tobacco Free since Dec. 20th! Feels good, like it should. I have cut down on buying bullion though, putting my dinero into my coin collection and 401K!

I quit smoking over 20 years ago. To this day it was still the hardest thing I ever did. I even relapsed a couple of times and smoked before quitting again.

I found that it came down to a simple choice of which I wanted more, another cigarette or to quit.

Happy to say that quit eventually won out.

Stay strong guys, keep fighting and never quit quitting!!

Smoking is the worse thing you can do to your life just don't do it.
I work with smokers on the job and they just deteriorate from the inside out mentally and physically just one bad habit.

Chantax will do the trick. Provided you can put up with 3D Technicolor, digital nightmares.

I used Chantix too and smoked my last cigarette on 8/8/2008. I was a 3-pack a day smoker.

BTW, I am a brand new member, but my account has not been confirmed yet. Don't know if this will post.

Congratulations on quitting smoking. Now, to get back part of the funds you smoked away in the past, why not purchase some stocks from the tobacco companies. They seem to be paying a nice dividend. :)

I quit smoking in 2003 for the very reason to buy silver. I smoked 2 packs a day, now I spend every cent of it on silver and gold. You will be amazed how fast you can grow your pile. When I want something I need I just sell a little silver and go get it. Not painful at all. You can quit smoking, never give up and DO ROLL IT INTO SILVER, YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY....

Stated smoking a pope in 1975 ( 17 years of age ) ...Ran out of tobacco one evening and wanted a smoke after the meal...Took one of my brothers cigarettes and it was not until i was admitted to hospital with an epileptic seizure, i quit as i could not smoke in the hospital. I then went onto bubble gum and lost a porcelain crown... So the money i saved on smokes cost me another crown on my teeth.. I don t know if i am better for it or not now but instead of buying cigarettes, i buy hard rock cafe pins. All i know if someone walks past me in the street smoking, they stink so bad.

9 months! It feels great. Instead of buying just Bullion most of my old cigarette money is going into coins.
