Spoofing. There's been a lot about that in the news recently with JP Morgan paying a record settlement

Also other banks, such as bank of Nova Scotia:

companies do spoofing in soybeans, metals etc ... here's a quick search of headlines on the cftc, excluding foreign suits

Yeah, I don't believe in a globalist conspiracy to suppress the prices of PMs, but I darn well believe in ongoing egregious abuses of electronic trading systems. As usual, "them as has, gets". If I didn't know it would get me shot in a venue like this, I'd suggest that more regulations might be in order.

I do believe in local conspiracies by bullion buy/sellers to increase their margins and place fright night scenarios in relatively newcomers in the bullion market ( those most likely to believe talk of a global conspiracy ). But I do not believe this is a proper time to try and guess which direction to go with bullion unless you have a large margin of error capability . As in you wouldn't miss 75% of an investment. The fines are infintessimal compared to the notional value of the securities traded.

As for the video, when you involve the Vatican Bank and a letter from Paul Volcker from 1975......:D
