The 2007 is the glaring one missing from my collection. I picked up all my Kangaroo coins for less than $50... except for the 2008 Proof which was about $80 Kangaroo wise I have... 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2008, 2009 Ken Done Proof and 2009 Sunset. So 7 in total. I'm also after the high relief proof, I let one slip on eBay the other week which sold for £56 ($92).... I forgot to bid for it. I'd have gone up to £100. Even more upsetting is the Official Website of the UK Royal Mint had them for sale for £60... but they have all sold out. I cashed £1000 in shares a month ago to put in my back account in readiness for Olympic Tickets going out of my account... however it looks like I have been unsuccessful in my bid for tickets. Instead of putting the money back into shares, I'm going to buy some coins. Pre-2008 a 1oz UNC Britannia on the Royal Mint site was £16.99 ($28)... now they're £44.99 ($74). A 164% Increase! However the proof Britannias have gone from £55 to £67, only a 22% increase. It's the same for many other proof coins, and recently I have been buying proof instead of Unc.... because I feel less ripped off. I've just totalled up the amount of silver in my entire collection. From the Silver Pandas to the Standing Liberty Quarters the grand total is.... 51.49823 Ounces of Silver.
