Always loved the kookaburra, I paid 25$ for this coin 4 weeks ago. The beauty is worth the 10 over spot.
Haven't posted in a while, but just got a SWEET LCS pickup! (in my opinion) 13x5 oz = 65 oz of sweetness Description: Made by the Draper Mint, which is no longer in business. Based on dates of the 1970s for other “Swiss of America” rounds and bars. This Swiss of America 5 oz Silver round is 38.5 mm in diameter and has a thickness of 14 mm. This round is about 1/2 inch thick!
I have quite a few I got in a deal last year but they are only one once pieces. I like them though very chunky.
@skbrooks1369 cool rounds dude! Congrats. If you like those and looking for something more modern Scottsdale has some nice 5oz rounds as well that I picked up recently.
Been a while since I've seen any new posts, so I figured I'd share some pics of *most* of my stack. Been collecting heavily for about 2 years. This was the first time I grabbed the main portion from the safety deposit box, so I had to take a few pics. Just hit 550 oz, although many of my silver pieces have numismatic value, too. Disclaimer, this is all back in the safety deposit box Any questions/comments are welcome! Thanks, Spencer
