It's been four years, and I still flinch every time I see that Liberty-getting-the-back-of-her-head-blown-off design.

One you don't see often and I had to pay up for.
Closed at $48, but the fees and such put it right at $70...good thing the casino was generous someone else would have ended up with it

 

Right time, right place. I bought this a while back for just a little over spot, it adds some color to the stack. I never noticed the Stay Puft till just now, shouldn't it be Stay Puff? Even his hat says Stay Puft?

Found a dealer with a bunch of Mexican silver - all kinds. I bought 85 pesos (1921- 1945). They're 72%. He weighed them and sold them for spot + 50 cents x ASW.
I don't know if that is a good buy or not but I didn't think I could go too far wrong and it adds some fun weight.

 

Looks like fun.
For my Dad's 50th birthday (30 years ago) we bought a 50 pound bag of peanuts in the shell and 50 pounds (whatever the exchange rate was) in assorted Mexican money for him to pass the time Both were about the same cost and a big hit.

Well, I was watching a group of these on eBay tonight, sold for $15 an ounce over spot.

 

Picked up 2 silver rounds today.
Anyone know the manufacturer?
I couldn't find any with the 2001 dates.
