She's becoming a collector in her own right but I need to convince her "it's more fun when you pay for your own." (lol) Lol
Sorry for the night photo, but they still look OK. I bought these from a seller in Alaska and they were held up in transit thanks to a packing error, (which scared the living daylights out of me). Super pleased with them....silver is fun
I like the coin. Enough so that I went and looked for it online. Number one it is 3.82 oz of silver, not five. So that makes the price per oz around 21 to 25 dollars an oz. So not really any cheaper than the 5 oz ATB but I still do like the coin and it is an alternative for sure.
Received from my CU $ 100.00 in Halves. Found the following I am not sure if the Ecuadorian coins have any silver in them.
Visited the coin store today and picked up a neat couple of pieces. Really like the Lion piece and the wife made me buy her two of the pirate pieces along with my own.
Just a heads-up... This is not yet mine. Release date mid-November. 500,000 bullion versions and 15,000 Proofs will be minted. Also a 1oz platinum version. And new gold coins too: http://agaunews.com/2017-krugerrand-expands-gold-range-adds-silver-platinum-coins/ Edit: Silver bullion release date is reportedly mid-November.
Hi Dan, Nice pieces, I also have the lion coin though I think the mint could have done a better job with the strike and design of the lion so they stand out more
You see that the next in this series is due out shortly? The griffin. Looks nice - and they weigh so well in the end don't they?
I haven't seen this 2oz silver "Destiny" bullion posted yet. Mine arrived yesterday: "Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice." There's a group buy in progress now: http://www.bullionstacker.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=26675&sid=b7d26a376ea3411b20633d9dbb8b9308 More info: https://thedestinycoin.com/collections/all
