At first this looked liked machine doubling and I was going to blow it off but after doing about 15 minutes worth of research I found that there are 4 other known exactly like this. Trough the help of some friends I was able to get 3 experts in the DFW area to look at it. All agreed this is not machine doubling. Then I was able to send it to one of the U.S. leading error experts and he said it is now the 5th known like this. Can anyone tell me anymore about this?

I have the same question as ldhair. Did they call it a DDO and who is the "expert" that said it is #5? Perhaps you could post your coin photo & a photo depicting the entire obverse & a photo depicting the entire reverse in the error section of CT.
