It's in an NGC fatty at 66. I've toyed with submitting to see... the eye appeal/luster is slightly better than this one that came back 66 a few months ago.
In case you haven't been informed all new 38 D purchases need be sent to Paddy first....after initial inspection, the coin may be held in quarantine for an undetermined amount of time but usually less than 25 years.
That is for those that are east of the Rockies, those of you west of the Rockies, we have a facility here in Southwest Washington. Both coasts are covered.
Oh no there's only one facitity.... and it is located in Maryland. Pay no attention to the man behinde the green curtain. As the Washington state facitity was closed.it was found to be run by a scary little creature.....that needs to see a dentist.
Don't you know that we all look like that here Washington? All that rain causes us to stay inside, our skin has become pale do to the lack of sun light, our eye's have gotten larger so we can see better in the dim light from all the cloud cover.
@dwhiz , i really like the toning on the obverse of the WLH in the NGC fatty. I'll bet it's a nice coppery/red color. Both are beautiful.
The true view shouldnt change much if at all since you had it done? Coin looks NT to me. https://images.pcgs.com/TrueView/81208771_max.jpg
@Paddy54 I tried to PM you but received this message "You may not start a conversation with the following recipients: Paddy54." Do you have your PM on?
Would you mind posting this coin in- https://www.cointalk.com/threads/the-toning-premium-thread-part-2.299570/

View attachment 766104 A new Franklin to add to the proofs set...of Frankie Half's..not only a pretty toned proof but a twofer...ddo and ddr. Want to thank Mercury Ben for this one and timing was perfect for a birthday delivery. Two thumbs up Ben!
That is a stunner indeed. Ive seen maybe 20-25 franklins that make me want to add them to my search. There just so many bland ones to look at. But when they are nice like that they are great. I'll stick to my P$ for now that I know so well. Hopefully this one is this bright in color so I can name her Cherry 7-Up. If she is ill get better pics. Just bought an 80-D and the canon 100m macro. Gonna be funnnn
