Where would one look for these...they are beautiful! I collect rocks, and I think them all to be beautiful..but they are not like these! I collect them (rocks) for souvenirs of everywhere I've been. So, what destination could I put on my bucket list? (I have an active bucket list that I am constantly adding to!)
I am not afraid of spiders. I usually close my eyes after announcing to them that they have 30 seconds to get out of my sight. Then I usually pick them up and move them. But not big ones. I am the one that leaves, not the spider! You must collect spiders. Very cool picture... Charlotte, I'm thinking of!
Collect? No. I find allot though, of all sorts too, around my house. This one was above the sink and looked like it wanted to jump on us, so I had to move it lol
Since there are a couple of "rock" photos, here is a Spessartite Garnet stone ( rough) and a finished gemstone I faceted from a similar piece ( I didn't photo it before cutting). The finished gem weighs 1.05 carats ( about .2 grams) I love garnets and have samples of most as they come in almost every color. Spessartites are relatively rare, and most of the rough stones are small and somewhat expensive. Jim
I had everything but the hammock And that picture is much more impressive as my desktop background, covering the whole screen.
Very cool. Nothing like sunset in the Carribean. My Dad won a cash price in a travel photography contest for a similar beach picture he took in Jamaica.
